At Soccer World Central, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the pitch, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our team is committed to making the exchange process as seamless as a perfect through-ball.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a secure shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
